1. General

Welcome to Malihabad Fruit Center. By accessing our website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Product images are representative. Due to the natural nature of mangoes, slight variations in size, colour, and appearance are normal.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
  • Products are subject to availability and seasonal demand.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received (online) or upon dispatch (COD).
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets).
  • COD orders may be subject to verification via phone call.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Store Pickup: You can choose to collect your order directly from our store at Malihabad, Lucknow, UP — 226102. This is a postpaid option where you pay at the store. Please collect your order within 48 hours of placing it. Important: Kindly inform us via a WhatsApp message at +91 9196457659 that you will be picking up your order today so we can get your product ready.
  • Lucknow City Delivery: For orders within Lucknow city, delivery will be fulfilled within 24-48 hours using Porter/Uber. Please ensure you provide your complete and correct address. Please Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available for this option.
  • Standard Delivery (Surface/Air): For other locations, you can choose shipment via Surface or Air. Delivery charges are paid by the customer based on their preferred method.
  • Payment Methods for Standard Delivery: You can choose to pay via UPI or Cash on Delivery (COD). However, for security reasons, COD is unavailable for orders above ₹2000.
  • To ensure your mangoes arrive in perfect condition, we hand-pick them at different ripening stages. If you are far away, we send 'firm, semi-ripe' mangoes that will naturally ripen in your kitchen. This prevents them from getting overripe or damaged during the journey.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Courier Delays: While we make every effort to dispatch orders on time, transit delays caused by the courier company (e.g. due to high volume, weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical issues at courier hubs) are beyond our control. We will assist in follow-up with the courier, but no refund or order cancellation will be entertained once the order has been shipped on the grounds of a courier delay.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they have been shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. This is because we incur non-refundable shipping and handling charges once the package leaves our facility.
  • To cancel an order before shipping, you can use the "Cancel Order" button in your Profile section or contact us immediately.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • No return available.
  • If you found any mango damaged, make sure you record 1 single video showing real box mangoes which are damaged.
  • Based on validation we will initiate refund for damaged mangoes only.
  • Refunds are issued exclusively in cases where the mangoes arrive overripe or damaged. No refund will be issued for courier delays, change of mind, or any reason other than produce quality.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

7. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality and freshness of our mangoes. If you receive mangoes that do not meet our quality standards, we will replace them or issue a full refund.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is collected solely for order processing and delivery. We do not share your information with third parties except for payment processing and delivery services.
